Last week on Dead Explorer, we were shocked when we caught a camera move by an unseen force at the Haunted Lavaca County Jail. In part two of this paranormal investigation, Concho Valley Paranormal and I try to debunk the camera footage and encounter a spirit ghost with a sense of humor.
Old Lavaca County Jail
The Haunted Lavaca County Jail in Hallettsville, Texas has a long tragic history of death. Built in 1885, not only were prisoners frequently executed at the jail, multiple lives were lost as result of suicides and natural disasters. The jail was opened until 2005, making it the second longest operating jail in Texas history, and throughout the years staff reported multiple entities of prisoners and staff haunting the hallways. Earlier this year, I was invited by Concho Valley Paranormal to see if we could capture real paranormal activity on video. There is no doubt that the Lavaca County Jail is home to unexplained activity. Our paranormal investigation left us with more questions than answers.
