Paranormal video! Creepy EVP recordings caught on tape during a paranormal investigation in solitary confinement at a haunted jail! Was a real ghost caught on tape? Watch this video and decide for yourself!
I recently performed an isolation session in solitary confinement at Gonzales County Jail. The room was really creepy. It’s pitch dark and with tall walls going fifteen up you feel small and alone. I was able to see using the IR light on my cameras. People were killed at the gallows from 1855 to the 1900s so it’s not surprising people think it’s haunted. I caught some very interesting EVP (electronic voice phenomenon) in this cell although I did have some technical issues. First I realized that I wasn’t recording with my digital recorder. So all the EVPs were caught by the camera microphone. In addition, I realized that sound carried very strangely in the jail. Depending where you were you could hear someone two stories up. Despite all that, I caught some really great recordings. I recommend you listen to this video with headphones to hear them more clearly. I only increased the volume of the EVP recordings on all the audio enhancements. No other effects were applied.
A Haunted Jail:
This is the third time I’ve investigated at Gonzales County Jail and the thing that keeps drawing me back is there is always some kind of crazy unexplained activity. In my first investigation, a paranormal investigator seemed to get attacked! It’s one of the scariest moments I’ve ever experienced on a ghost hunt. In addition, the clock tower outside appeared to drain all our ghost hunting equipment when it chimed. The second time I visited I actually felt a spirit come inside me which is one of the very few times I have experienced something like that. Below are links to paranormal activity I’ve caught on tape while at Gonzales County Jail.
