Paranormal Video! Is the ghost at this creepy haunted building real? We investigate the true life stories of ghosts in a scary old building!
A Creepy Building
This building is of huge historical significance in the town square of Sweetwater, Texas. It was the first building in the town with air conditioning. It was the home of law offices, the library, and accountants; all in the center of the city. Now as time has passed by what used to be the center of the town has slowly faded away. Thanks to some very generous owners who reported paranormal activity in this building we were given the chance to see if we could catch that paranormal activity ourselves.
Sweetwater, TX is a small town three hours west of Dallas. We came across this town while on a road trip to investigate several of the most haunted locations in West Texas. The night before we had successfully filmed the Anson Ghost Lights and we were on our way to check reports of a haunted abandoned school in Gail, TX (supposedly the principal had hung himself in the school). My friend Roger and I decided to pull over in Sweetwater to stretch our legs and check out the town. What immediately caught our attention was the Palace Theatre, as we had investigated a theater of the same name in Seguin, TX earlier in the year. As were looking through the locked glass doors a gentleman happened to walk by. We told him we were paranormal investigators, that we were curious if the theater was haunted, and if he knew who the owner was. Although he didn’t he know the owner of the theater, he knew the owner of the building next door. He took us to meet him and we came to find out his building was haunted. We asked if we could investigate it and he gave us permission to come back later that night and that is how we ended up filming this video. A special thank you to all the friendly and generous residents of Sweetwater who helped us that day.
