Will ghost kids push our car when we flash our lights at Children’s Cemetery in Austin, Texas? Could the urban legend be true?
The urban legend is that ghosts will push your car if you flash your car lights parked at the Tucker Cemetery, aka Children’s Cemetery, in Austin, Texas. They call it Children’s Cemetery not only because there’s little itty-bitty tombstones throughout the cemetery, but also because they say ghost kids haunt there. Paranormal activity reported includes car locks being popped, hand prints, and full body ghost apparitions of children! In this video we try to find out if the creepy and scary Texas ghost stories are real. There definitely was a really creepy feeling the moment you are about to test if the urban legend is true. Would the ghost stories be true?
This was a perfect haunting to set up multiple cameras and gear to see if we could catch paranormal activity on video. We put a digital recorder on the hood of the car in case we could catch voices near the vehicle. We set up a motion activated hunter’s trap camera on a tripod and a digital recorder inside the cemetery fence. The cemetery was definitely posted as no trespassing so that’s as far as we wanted to go inside. We also had another camera on the ground pointed at the front corner of the car. Finally I had my handheld camera so you can see from the driver’s point of view the moment I flashed the lights. So if it’s true that children here at Tucker Cemetery will come up to your vehicle if you flash your lights we had it covered from a bunch of different angles. As far control in this investigation, you had to deal with the typical contamination you get from an outdoor investigation. There was audio contamination from a gas station down the street and owls in the trees above. I still feel like we set up a good test and this is the best video footage from that ghost investigation.
