Ghost rewind! New extended video of haunted USS Hornet paranormal investigation with behind the scenes stories and awesome new footage!
This is my paranormal show where we look back at old Dead Explorer ghost hunting videos! In this episode we rewind Episode 33: Scary Paranormal Activity Caught on Tape! I added a lot of new footage to the investigation and this video is three times longer than the original! Plus I cover the real life details of the haunting which I left out in the original ghost investigation video!
Haunted USS Hornet
The original paranormal investigation video was uploaded on 2/18/13. This video was actually shot at the Grey Ghost Paracon 2013, a paranormal conference benefiting the USS Hornet museum. The USS Hornet was a World War Two carrier and it’s considered the most haunted ships in the Navy because it had the most suicides on any ship in the Navy and it took down the most fighter planes during World War Two. There is a lot of death associated with this ship and if you watch a lot of the paranormal investigations show on TV you will notice that a lot of the most famous shows have actually shot episodes there.
I was a guest speaker at the conference, The other investigators that appeared in this episode, the Ghost Files, were another group of presenters at the Grey Ghost Paracon. They are a California based team that have a show on ROKU. What makes them unique is the co-founders of the group are eighteen and seventeen years old. They started the group five years ago so they are actually really experienced for their young age.
Is There A Shadow Figure?
A lot of people who watched this video said they saw a shadow figure in the long hallway. Personally, I even noticed some kind of shadowy reflection at the end of that hall as I edited the video. I wish I had noticed it while I was at the Hornet. I would have tried to recreate the shadow or test to see if the light on my camera was casting a reflection. Therefore, I really didn’t feel comfortable sharing the shadow as evidence and I did not bring it up in the original video.
